转子-叠片联轴器-轴承系统数值模拟

         

摘要

In this paper, for rotor-membrane coupling-bearing system in ship power equipment, the dynamics of this system is studied. The dynamic behavior was analyzed though Fortran and Matlab. The model is solved by the Newmark-β method. The numerical results show that, under the same speed, the vibration response peak of the node witch near the diaphragm coupling was larger than others. When the diaphragm coupling occurs misalignment, obviously the response of the system appear the " 8" type. In the future, these studies provide reference for the study of the rotor-bearing system with diaphragm coupling.%文中针对大型旋转机械船舶动力装置中的转子-叠片联轴器-轴承系统, 依据等效轴段法建立了系统的动力学分析模型.采用Newmark-!逐步积分法, 运用fortran语言和matlab软件编写了数值计算程序分析了系统的动力学特性.数值结果表明, 相同转速下, 各节点的各向振动响应峰值不同, 越靠近叠片联轴器振动响应越大.当产生不对中时, 转子的轴心轨迹中出现典型的"8"字型.为今后进一步研究叠片联轴器不对中对转子系统的影响提供了参考.
