生物法拆分α-苯乙醇

         

摘要

从土壤中筛选出一株能高效选择性氧化(S)-(-)-1-苯乙醇的菌株Ⅸ13,初步鉴定为草酸杆菌(Oxalobacteraceae sp.).其用于不对称氧化拆分消旋α-苯乙醇的反应.研究表明,菌株Oxalobacteraceae sp.JX13适合的催化拆分条件为:碳源、氮源分别为糊精和蛋白胨,发酵72 h,α-苯乙醇质量浓度为4 g/L,反应体系初始pH=6,30℃反应72 h.在此条件下,(S)-(-)-1-苯乙醇的转化率为98.63%,(R)-(+)-1-苯乙醇对映体过量值ee=98.01%.%The strain JX13 which can catalyze the oxidation of (S)-( - )-1-phenyl ethanol selectively was screened from soil.It was identified as Oxalobacteraceae sp.The appropriate conditions for the reaction were α-phenyl ethanol 4.0 g/L,pH =6.0,30 ℃ ,reaction time 72 h,dextrin as carbon source and peptone as nitrogen source.The conversion of (S)-( - )-1-phenyl ethanol and the enantiomeric excess of (R)-( + )-1-phenyl ethanol with strain JX13 were up to 98.63% and 98.01% ,respectively.
