石蜡微胶囊的溶胶-凝胶法改性

         

摘要

以脲醛树脂为囊壁,氯化铵为固化剂,采用原位聚合法包覆石蜡合成相变储能微胶囊,使用溶胶-凝胶法对微胶囊进行表面改性,并用硅烷偶联剂改性复合SiO2溶胶.采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和扫描电子显微镜分析了微胶囊的化学结构、储热性能和微胶囊改性前后的表观形貌及分散状态,并运用高度法测试了改性微胶囊的亲水性.研究表明,通过溶胶-凝胶法与硅烷偶联剂改性相结合,可提高微胶囊的亲水性、无机相容性和致密性,并改善复合微胶囊粒子的分散程度.%Phase change microcapsules were synthesized by in-situ polymerization using ammonium chloride as curing agent and urea-formaldehyde resin as shell material while paraffin as core material.Silicane coupling agent was used to modify the SiO2-sol during surface modification of the microcapsules by sol-gel method.The chemical structures, ability of heat storage, surface morphology and microscopic state before and after modification of the microcapsule composition were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy, respectively.In addition, the hydrophilicity of the microcapsule composition was investigated by means of height method.The results showed that the hydrophilicity, abio-compatibility and compactability were promoted by sol-gel method along with the silicane coupling agent, and the dispersive property of the microcapsule composition particulate was also improved.
