FCC催化剂水热老化与循环老化的对比研究

         

摘要

在FCC催化剂的研发过程中,催化剂的评价是极其重要的环节.不同的老化方法可使催化剂具有不同性质和产物分布.利用FFB固定流化床装置对催化剂进行多次反应-再生,并在反应-再生过程中定期地进行催化剂的补给,进而完成对催化剂的循环老化.同时对水热老化催化剂和循环老化催化剂进行相应评价.结果表明,循环老化催化剂的性能数据更加准确,这对催化剂的研发工作具有极为重要的意义.%In the development process of the FCC catalyst,the catalyst evaluation is an extremely important aspect. The different aging method allows catalyst with the different nature and the product. It completes the cycle of aging of the catalyst through the number of reaction-regeneration of the catalyst using FFB fixed fluidized bed device, and it regularly supply to catalyst in the reaction-regeneration process. At the same time,the hydrothermal aging catalyst and the cycle aging catalyst corresponding evaluation. The results showed that the cycle aging catalyst performance is more accurate data, which has very important significance for the research and development of the catalyst.
