Using the gas-solid reaction device, the catalyst is immobilized in the reactor, then put pipera-zine and ethanol into the reactor to reaction after preheating and gasify. By comparing the conversion of piperazidine, the selectivity of N-ethylpiperazine and triethylene diamine filtering synthesis of N-eth-ylpiperazine catalyst. The results showed γ-Al2O3 is better. The ion exchange can improve catalytic activity greatly.%采用气固相反应装置,将催化剂固载在反应器中,反应原料哌嗪和乙醇经预热气化后进入反应器反应,通过比较哌嗪的转化率(XPA),N-乙基哌嗪的选择性(SEPA)和副产物三乙烯二胺的选择性(STEDA),筛选合成N-乙基哌嗪用催化剂.结果表明,γ-Al2O3的效果较好.用离子交换法对催化剂进行改性后,其催化活性有很大提高.
