用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定工作场所空气中的汞,使用有证标准物质,从反应介质、空白、方法的精密度、准确度和加标回收率方面进行检验.结果表明,该方法精密度RSD=1.18%,检出限0.000 04 μg/mL,加标回收率为95.2% ~ 97.0%,准确度相对误差(RE)为1.14%.%Atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) was used to determinate the amount of Hg in the air of workplace. Determination was based on the blank, precision, accuracy, recovery with the certified reference materials. The precision( RSD) was 1. 18% ,the detection limit was 0.000 04 μg/Ml. The recovery rate was 95.2% ~97.0% ,the accuracy (RE) was 1.14%.
