线状α=MnO2的水热制备及其电容性能

         

摘要

MnO2 was synthesized with hydrothermal method by using KMnO4 and urea as raw materials. The produet obtained was eharaeterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the produet was wire-like α-MnO2 ,the eleetroehemieal eharaeterization of the produet was proeessed by eyelie voltammogram. The speeifie eapaeitanee was 114 F/g in 1 mol/L Na2 SO4 solution within a potential window ranging from-0. 2~0. 8 V at the sean rate of 5 mV/s. The speeifie eapaeitanee of the produet after 500 eyeles was 137 F/g at a sweep rate of 5 mV/s. This indieated that the produet had good eapaeitive performanee.%通过水热合成法,高锰酸钾和尿素反应制备了MnO2。利用XRD和SEM研究了产物的结构和形貌,结果表明,产物为线状α-MnO2。采用循环伏安法测试了其电容性能。在1 mol/L的 Na2 SO4水溶液中,当扫描速度为5 mV/s时(-0.2~0.8 V),其比电容为114 F/g;在扫描速度为5 mV/s 的条件下,500次循环后的比电容为137 F/g。这表明制备产物具有良好的电容特性。
