以沸石为载体,硝酸锰为改性剂制备了负载型 Mn-沸石催化剂,采用 SEM 和 BET 法对制备的催化剂进行了表征。采用 Fenton 工艺处理垃圾渗滤液原液,通过正交实验和单因素实验考察了 Mn-沸石催化剂对 Fenton 法处理生活垃圾渗滤液的影响。结果表明,一定量的生活垃圾渗滤液,投加1 mL 30% H2 O2,H2 O2/ Fe2+摩尔比为4:1、pH为4,加入1 g Mn-沸石催化剂,CODCr去除率可高达90.25%。%The Mn-Zeolite catalysts are prepared by using zeolite as carrier and using manganese as modi-fier. The catalysts were characterized by SEM and BET. The effect of Mn-zeolite catalyst with Fenton process for leachate treatment was studied through orthogonal test and single factor experiment. The result shows that a certain amount of waste leachate,adding 1 mL 30% H2 O2 ,the ratio of H2 O2 / Fe2 + is 4: 1,pH is 4,adding 1 g Mn-zeolite catalyst,the removal rate of CODCr is 90. 25% .
