In view of the fact that conventional crosslinking acid couldn ’t be used in high-temperature reservoir,a novel organic-zirconium crosslinking acid system with high temperature resistance,has been developed. The organic-zirconium crosslinker JLJ-11 prepared in laboratory and thickener FS3802 were employed as the main agents,and their dosage was optimized. The high temperature resistance,shear re-sistance,filtration property,corrosion inhibition property,sand carrying capability and gel breaking per-formance on this system were evaluated. The results show that the acid system has good viscosity-tempera-ture characteristics. The shear viscosity of this acid system remains above 50 mPa · s,under the shear rate of 170 s-1 ,at the temperature of 150℃ and shear time 1 h. After added 0. 2% ammonium persulfate and kept under 95 ℃ for 2 h,the acid system can break completely and viscosity dropped to 2. 15 mPa·s. Similarly,the acid system possesses low filtration,prominent corrosion inhibition and great sand carrying capability. This suggests that the novel crosslinking acid can be applied to stimulation in the high-temperature reservoir.%鉴于目前交联酸体系不能满足高温储层酸化压裂需要,以自制有机锆交联剂JLJ-11及稠化剂FS3802为原料,通过加量优选,制备了一种新型耐高温有机锆交联酸体系,并对其耐温耐剪切、滤失、缓蚀、携砂以及破胶等性能进行了评价。结果表明,所制备交联酸体系耐温耐剪切性能显著,在恒温150℃和剪切速率170 s-1条件下,持续剪切1 h,表观粘度仍保持在50 mPa·s以上;体系破胶彻底,加入0.2%的过硫酸铵,95℃静置2 h后,粘度降至2.15 mPa·s;同时所制备交联酸体系滤失系数较低、缓蚀作用明显、携砂性能良好,适用于高温储层的酸压施工。
