甘草酸二铵脂质体的处方及制备工艺

     

摘要

采用逆相蒸发法制备甘草酸二铵脂质体,通过均匀设计法优化脂质体处方及制备工艺,利用透射电镜观察其形态,通过HPLC测定脂质体包封率。所制得的甘草酸二铵脂质体形态呈球形,大小较均匀,粒径范围在50~100 nm,包封率36.47%,稳定性佳。%Diammonium glycyrrhizinate liposome was prepared by the reverse evaporating method .The li-posome was prepared by homogeneous design .The shape of liposome was observed under the electronic microscope .The shape and size distribution was detected by transmission electrical microscope .The mean entrapment efficiency was detected with HPLC .The shape of diammonium glycyrrhizinate liposome was spherical and regular in its morphology and the diameter ranges of the liposome were 50~100 nm. The entrapment efficiency of the liposome was 36 .47%and the stability of the liposome was good .
