采用磺酸聚酯二元醇( BY3305)和氨基磺酸盐( A95)合成了一系列混合磺酸型水性聚氨酯。采用衰减全反射红外分析了聚氨酯的结构,通过拉伸、DSC、TG、剥离强度等性能测试研究了软硬段中磺酸盐的加入量对聚氨酯性能的影响,结果显示,BY3305和A95的加入,明显提高了水性聚氨酯胶膜的拉伸性能、粘接性能及耐热性,随着BY3305和A95的加入量增加,拉伸强度最高可达32 MPa,耐热性能提高,A95相对于BY3305的影响更明显,当BY3305的加入量为12%,A95的加入量为1.3%时,胶膜的综合性能最好。%A series of mixed suIfonic acid type waterborne poIyurethane modified by suIfonic acid poIyester gIycoI(BY3305)and suIfamic acid saIt(A95)was synthesized. Attenuated totaI refIection(ATR)was used to characterize the structure of the WPU. The particIe size,tensiIe,DSC,TG were measured. By adding BY3305 and A95,the tensiIe properties,thermaI properties were significantIy improved. With the increase of the content of BY3305 and A95 increased,the tensiIe strength was up to 32 MPa. The compre-hensive performance of waterborne poIyurethane were the best when the BY3305 content was 12%,and the A95 content was 1 . 3%.
