煤矸石复合吸附剂对含铅废水处理性能研究

     

摘要

以煤矸石、石灰石和氯化铝为原料,制备呈碱性的复合吸附剂和呈中性的复合吸附剂,处理含铅(Ⅱ)废水,结果表明,碱性吸附剂的最佳吸附条件为投加量0.5 g,吸附时间60 min,pH为1,反应温度为25℃时,此时吸附量为7.62 mg/g,去除率为96.68%;中性吸附剂的最佳吸附条件为投加量0.5 g,吸附时间80 min,pH为1,反应温度25℃,此时吸附量达到7.19 mg/g,去除率为85.40%。碱性复合吸附剂吸附含铅(Ⅱ)废水能较好的与准二级动力学拟合,中性复合吸附剂吸附含铅(Ⅱ)废水能较好的与准一级动力学拟合。采用Freundlich方程描述碱性复合吸附剂吸附低浓度和高浓度含铅(Ⅱ)废水,用 Langmuir方程描述中性吸附剂吸附低浓度含铅(Ⅱ)废水,用Temkin方程描述中性吸附剂吸附高浓度含铅(Ⅱ)废水。%Using coal gangue,limestone and aluminium chloride as raw materials to prepared alkaline compound adsorbent and neutral compound adsorbent containing to treating wastewater with Pb (Ⅱ). When adsorbent dosage is 0.5 g,adsorption time is 60 min,initial pH is 1 ,temperature is 25 ℃,the ex-perimental results shows alkaline compound adsorbent can reach the best adsorption conditions,at this time,the adsorption capacity is 7.62 mg/g and the removal rate is 96.68%;when adsorbent dosage is 0.5 g,adsorption time is 80 min,initial pH is 1 ,temperature is 25 ℃,the experimental results shows neu-tral compound adsorbent can reach the best adsorption conditions,at this time the adsorption capacity is 7.19 mg/g and the removal rate is 85.40%.The pseudo-second-order kinetic model could provide a bet-ter correlation to the alkaline compound adsorbent;and neutral compound adsorbent match with the pseu-do-first-order kinetic model.Adopting the Freundlich equation describing the adsorption process of both high concentration and low concentration wastewater by using alkaline compound adsorbent;and the Lang-muir equation describing the adsorption process of low concentration wastewater by using neutral com-pound adsorbent;and use the Temkin equation describing the adsorption process of high concentration wastewater by using neutral compound adsorbent.
