Chitosan nanofibril labeled as CSNF was prepared via wetgrinding and homogenizing process with diameter of 80 nm.The CSNF was used as an adsorbent to removal methylene blue .The effect of pH value ,initial concentration of methylene blue ,temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption performance was investigated .The result showed that the optimum adsorption conditions:initial concentration of methylene blue were 100 mg/L,pH=6,adsorbent content were 1.0 g/L,temperature 35 ℃,adsorption 120 min.Under this condition,the adsorption content were 28.14 mg/g.Adsorption kinetic studies carried out onto methylene blue indicates that the pseudosecond order model can best fit the data .Also,the adsorption equilibrium studies revealed that CSNF best fitted the Freundlich isotherm ,for non-homogeneous chemical adsorption .%采用湿磨机打磨和高压均质的物理方法,制备平均直径80 nm的壳聚糖纳米纤丝(CSNF),对亚甲基蓝进行吸附,探究了pH值、亚甲基蓝浓度、温度和吸附时间对吸附性能的影响.结果表明,最佳吸附条件为:亚甲基蓝溶液初始浓度100 mg/L,pH=6,吸附剂量1.0 g/L,35℃吸附120 min.在此条件下,吸附量28.14 mg/g.CSNF对亚甲基蓝的吸附行为符合准二级动力学方程和Freundlich模型,为非均相化学吸附.
