还原氧化石墨烯基水系超级电容器组装工艺研究

             

摘要

以Hummers法氧化、水合肼还原的还原氧化石墨烯为原料,系统的研究了石墨烯基水系超级电容器组装工艺对其性能的影响.结果表明,石墨烯涂覆量为5.3 mg/cm2,电解液为6 mol/L KOH,PTFE为隔膜时,所组装的超级电容器性能最佳,比容量达184.25 F/g.%Based on the reduced graphene oxide prepared by Hummers process and hydrazine hydrate reduction ,the effect of the assembly process of graphene based water system supercapacitor on its performance was systematically investigated .The results show that when the amount of graphene coating is 5.3 mg/cm2 ,the electrolyte is 6 mol/L KOH,and PTFE is the diaphragm ,the assembled supercapacitor has the best performance .The specific capacity of supercapacitor is 184.25 F/g.
