一体化O3-BAF深度处理生物柴油废水

摘要

采用一体化臭氧曝气生物滤池(O3-BAF)工艺对二级生化处理后的石化废水进行深度处理,进水COD为100~120 mg/L,气水比为3∶1~4∶1,臭氧投加量为15~25 mg/L,处理后出水COD<50 mg/L,氨氮<5 mg/L,各项出水水质指标均能达到《辽宁省废水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627-2008)一级标准.%Integrated unit of ozone-BAF system was used to treat petrochemical wastewater.The influent concentration of COD is 100~120 mg/L,air/water ratio is 3∶1~4∶1 and the ozone dosage is 15~25 mg/L.After treatment,the effluent concentration of COD<50 mg/L,the effluent concentration of ammonia nitrogen<5 mg/L,the water quality indicators can achieve the first level standard of "comprehensive discharge standard of wastewater in Liaoning province"(DB 21/1627-2008).
