采用涂覆法在阵列结构堇青石载体上制备出整体式Cu-SiO2/cordierite催化剂用于醋酸甲酯加氢生产乙醇反应,通过N2物理吸附、SEM、XRD等对催化剂结构和性质进行表征.结果表明,催化剂表现出较好的活性,醋酸甲酯的转化率可达99.8%,乙醇的选择性约95%,时空收率相比于传统的不同粒径的挤压成型催化剂也有明显的提升,这归结于催化剂内部规整的孔道结构以及均匀的气流分布强化了传质过程.%The design and application of a Cu/SiO2-based monolithic catalyst using a dip-coating method on cordierite for hydrogenation of MA to ethanol.The physicochemical properties of the coating and the catalyst were studied by various characterization techniques such as N2 physisorption,XRD,SEM,and the performance of the catalyst was tested in a continuous monolithic fixed bed reactor.The results showed that the catalyst achieved 99.8% conversion of MA and about 95% selectivity to ethanol.Notably,the yield of ethanol over the monolith is significantly enhanced compared to the granular Cu/SiO2 catalysts.It is primarily due to the enhanced mass transfer in the thin wash-coat layer,high efficiency of the active phase derived from the monolithic catalyst,the regular channel structure and uniform distribution of flow.
