基于改进雷达图的C4ISR结构效能综合评估方法

         

摘要

通过对C4ISR系统四类功能单元的合理抽象,建立基于有向加权图的C4ISR结构仿真评估模型.为克服单一指标评估的局限性,选取情报效率、指控效率、灵活度、连通率和网络化程度五个指标从不同侧面综合量化C4ISR结构效能.运用改进群AHP法与离差最大化法求解主客观权重,利用组合权重与主客观权重之间偏差尽可能小的优化思想确定指标最优组合权重,兼顾决策者主观判断和客观实测信息.针对传统雷达图未能区分指标重要性和评估特征向量不唯一等问题,建立基于改进雷达图的可视化评估模型.最后通过仿真实例与基于TOPSIS法和加权积评估模型的对比分析,验证了该算法的正确性.%Through reasonable abstraction of four system function elements, this paper set up a C4ISR structure simulation evaluation mode based on the oriented weight diagraph.In order to overcome the limitations of single index evaluation, this paper selected intelligence efficiency, command-control efficiency, dexterity, connectivity rate and network level to evaluate C4ISR structure effectiveness from different aspects.It used improved group AHP and maximizing deviation method to get subjective and objective weights.It determined optimal combination weights by the optimum idea of deflection under the minimum to give attention to both of subjective judgment of decision makers and objective observation information.For the problem of failing to distinction the importance of index and non-uniqueness in evaluation feature vector in traditional radar chart, this paper established a visual improved radar chart evaluation model.Lastly, the comparative analysis of simulation example between the method of TOPSIS and weight product model confirm the correctness of the method.
