为应对集装箱码头突发事件的发生,采用滚动窗策略研究岸桥集卡的联合调度问题,在每个窗口内建立以最小化最大完工时间为目标的数学模型,并用遗传算法进行求解.在此基础上,讨论了以固定任务数量及固定时间长度为滚动窗口的情况,对比发现以时间为窗口的滚动窗策略更为适用,并分析了系统发生岸桥故障时滚动窗策略的性能,结果表明滚动窗策略能很好地应对突发事件.最后将其与已有的动态调度研究成果作比较分析.%In order to deal with the emergencies at the container terminal,this paper used rolling window strategy to study quay cranes and container trucks joint scheduling problems.It established a mathematical model aiming to minimize the maximum completion time in each window,which was solved by genetic algorithm.On the basis of the above,this paper discussed the situation of the fixed task quantity and fixed time length respectively,and made the comparison to find that the rolling strategy's window set as time length was more applicable.At the same time,it analyzed the performance of rolling window strategy when the system faced damaged quay cranes,and the results show that the rolling window strategy can deal with emergencies effectively.Finally,the paper made a comparative analysis between the rolling window strategy and the dynamic scheduling of the existing research.
