三级淋巴结构与乳腺癌治疗研究进展

             

摘要

三级淋巴结构(TLS)具有较强的组织适应能力,在肿瘤局部形成能够充分启动细胞和体液免疫的淋巴微环境,各种淋巴细胞及效应分子能够更迅速地通过高内皮小静脉(HEV)或直接在淋巴组织及周围组织中自由出入,从而调控肿瘤的发生和发展。乳腺癌为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其生物学特性具有较大的个体差异,一部分患者经治疗达到临床治愈后仍出现复发转移甚至死亡。乳腺癌肿瘤中经常包含TLS,可能通过控制肿瘤的发生和转移从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。刺激并促进TLS的形成,可打破免疫系统对肿瘤的免疫忽视或耐受,也许能够成为乳腺癌治疗的新手段。%Tertiary lymphoid structure (TLS) has strong adaptation ability in tissues. It could form a lymphatic micro-environment which can fully start the cellular and humoral immunity at local tumor. In such a microenvironment, all kinds of lymphocytes and effector molecules can more quickly pass through the high endothelial venules (HEV) or migrate freely in lymphoid tissue and the surrounding tissues, thereby regulating the tumor occurrence and development. Breast cancer became one of the most common malignant tumor for women, and its biological characteristics have great individual oriented differentiation. A part of patients who achieved clinical cure after treatment still suffered recurrence or death. Breast tumors frequently contain tertiary lymphoid structure, and the presence of these structures may be able to play an anti-tumor role by regulating the occurrence and metastasis of tumors. Therefore, it may become the new means for treatment of breast cancer to stimulate and promote the formation of TLS so that it can crush the ignorance or tolerance of immune system to tumors.
