目的：了解我院住院患者麻醉药品使用情况及用药趋势，为麻醉药品的合理应用提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法，分析2013年我院麻醉药品处方、诊断、科室及用药频度（DDDs），探讨各种麻醉药品的使用模式。结果2013年我院共有13万余人次使用麻醉药品，按肿瘤类型排序依次是：胸部肿瘤（24.9%）、妇科肿瘤（22.1%）、消化道肿瘤（21.6%）、头颈部肿瘤（9.8%）、乳腺癌（9.3%）、骨软组织肿瘤（4.9%）、泌尿系肿瘤（3.1%）、神经系统肿瘤（3.0%）、血液系统肿瘤（0.93%）。外科病房消耗以注射剂为主，内科病房消耗以口服剂型为主。结论从当前麻醉药品的使用模式来看，我院麻醉药品的使用基本合理，医生在癌症疼痛治疗方面应强化麻醉药品替代、不良反应的处理等合理用药意识。%ObjectiveToinvestigatetheutilizationofnarcoticdrugsforcancerpatientsinourhospitalanditsusingtrend inordertoprovidereferencefortheclinicalrationaldruguse. MethodsByretrospectiveinvestigationmethod,weanalyzedthe narcotic prescriptions, diagnosis, tumor type and drug use frequency(DDDs) and investigated the utilization patterns of narcot-ics in 2013. Results Narcotic drugs were prescribed more than 139 thousand person-time. The top 9 diagnoses for the cancer patients using narcotic drugs were thoracic tumor (24.9%), gynecological tumor (22.1%), digestive tract cancer (21.6%), head and neck cancer (9.8%), breast cancer (9.3%), skeletal and soft tissue tumor (4.9%), urinary tumor (3.1%), nervous system tumor (3.0%), hematological cancer (0.93%). The surgical wards mainly adopted narcotic injection, while medical wards used oral narcotic drugs mostly. Conclusion In view of the current utilization pattern of narcotic drugs in our hospital, the use of narcotics is reasonable, nevertheless it is necessary to strengthen the doctors’awareness on rational use of narcotic drugs, re-garding substitution of narcotics in cancer pain relief, management of adverse effects and so on.
