Aim To observe the application effect of blood and urine cystatin C in diabetic nephropathy. Methods Detection of 120 rnhealthy persons and 65 diabetic patients blood and urine cystatin C, creatinine, microalbumin, αl- microglobulin and other indicators was rnconducted. Based on results of microalbumin diabetic patients were divided into normal and abnormal groups. Results Blood and urine rncystatin C in the normal and abnormal group were significantly higher( P < 0.05 ). The diagnosis rate of blood and urine cystatin C were rn90.8% and 96.9% in diabetic nephropathy. Conclusion Blood and urine cystatin C were sensitive and specific indicators for glomerurnlar damage and renal tubular dysfunction in diabetic nephropathy.%目的 探讨血、尿胱抑素C在监测糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤的临床应用价值.方法 检测120例健康人员和65例糖尿病患者的血、尿胱抑素C、肌酐、微量白蛋白、α1-微球蛋白等指标,按微量白蛋白的检测结果将糖尿病患者分为正常、升高两组.结果 血、尿胱抑素C在微量白蛋白正常、升高两组均升高(P<0.05),在糖尿病肾病早期检测中血、尿胱抑素C的诊断符合率分别为90.8%、96.9%.结论 血、尿胱抑素C有较高的灵敏度和特异性,是糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤的敏感指标.
