三参三黄口服液的质量标准研究

摘要

目的 建立三参三黄口服液的薄层鉴别方法.方法 通过改变实验环境,筛选出适宜的层析条件.结果 黄芪、丹参、党参三种主药分离效果好,阴性样品无干扰.结论 该法简便可靠、重现性好,可用于三参三黄口服液的质量控制.%Aim To establish the quality control for sanshensanhuang oral liquid. Method The exact TLC conditions were conformed through changing different parameters of the laboratory. Results Astragali radix , Salviae mil tiorrhizae radix et thizoma.codonopsis radix were identified by TLC. The blank sample did not interfere with the sample. Conclusion The established TLC methods were convenient , reproducible and suitable for quality control of sanshensanhuang oral liquid.
