结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科治疗

摘要

Aim To investigate the principle and method of surgical management of acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma. Methods The experiences in surgical treatment for the colon obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma in 68 patients from Aug.2006 to Oct. 2010 were respectively analyzed. By reviewing recent domestic, and foreign literature the results of surgical treatment for these patients were evaluated. Results All the 68 patients underwent an operation. Complications occurred in 11 cases,2 cases dead.The rest of paients were cured. Conclusion The management of acute colon obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma depends on general condition of the patients and local state of the carcinoma The primary stage colectomy and anastomosis may be safe and suitable.%目的 探讨结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻病例的外科治疗原则和方法.方法 回顾性分析我院2006年8月～2010年10月68例结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的病例资料.结合近年国内文献,综合评价其外科处理方法.结果 68例患者均经手术治疗,出现并发征11例,死亡2例,其余均痊愈出院.结论 结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的处理要根据患者的全身情况和肿瘤的局部情况来进行综合判定.适应证掌握恰当,一期肿瘤切除和吻合术是安全的.
