Aim To study the clinical and pathological features of adenonmatoid tunmor(AT) of the adrenal gland. Methods We reported a 64-year-old man in whom an AT of the adrenal gland was accidentally discovered,including clinical, radiologic, and pathologic findings,and reviewed the relevant literature. Results ATs were more frequently located in the left adrenal gland. A specific imaging phenotype had not been characterized. Histologic features,including infiltration into the surrounding tissue, and presence of signet ring-like cells,may raise concern of a more aggressive neoplasm, Immunologic staining expression calretinin, CK5/6, CK, EMA, and Vim in the tumor cells was positive. Conclusion ATs of the adrenal gland are rare benign lesions. They are difficult to differentiate from more common adrenal tumors by computerized tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging( MRI). The diagnosis mainly relies on histopathological and immunohistochemical findings.%目的 探讨肾上腺腺瘤样瘤的临床病理特征.方法 报道1例64岁男性肾上腺腺瘤样瘤,包括其临床、影像及病理学特征,并复习相关文献.结果 肾上腺腺瘤样瘤多发生于左侧,影像学无特征性表现;组织病理学特征,包括浸润周围组织、印戒样细胞,可能考虑侵袭性肿瘤,免疫表型calretinin、CK5/6、CK、EMA、Vim阳性.结论 肾上腺腺瘤样瘤是一种罕见的良性病变,仅靠CT和磁共振成像(MRI)很难与肾上腺常见肿瘤相鉴别,根据病理组织形态学特点并结合免疫组化染色,可以明确诊断.
