目的 观察定期洁治和0.2%洗必泰液冲洗牙周对固定正畸患者牙周健康状况的影响.方法 选择全身及牙周健康、因错牙 合畸形需要固定正畸的患者40名随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组进行卫生宣教.要求每餐后刷牙不少于3 min.治疗组除对照组要求外,每次复诊进行牙周洁治,用0.2%洗必泰冲洗牙周.于治疗前和治疗后3个月、6个月检测牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI),比较检测指标在治疗前后的变化.数据以t检验和χ2检验进行统计学处理.结果 治疗组患者在矫治过程中牙周指数升幅和牙龈炎发生率明显低于对照组,治疗前两组间牙周指数无显著差异(P＞0.05),而治疗后存在显著性差异(P＜0.05).表明定期洁治结合0.2%洗必泰液冲洗牙周在固定矫治过程中能有效降低牙龈炎的发生率.结论 定期牙周洁治和用0.2%洗必泰冲洗牙周能有效降低固定矫治治疗导致的牙周组织的反应.%Aim To investigate the effect of scaling and local washing with 0.2％ hibitane on periodontal health. Methods 40 patients who need the fixed orthodontics were chosen to enroll the study. The patients who were otherwise healthy were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with 0.2％ hibitane and normal oral health measures, while the patients in the control group were treated with normal oral health measures alone. Moreover, all patients were asked to keep brushing teeth no less than 3 minutes. The changes of GI, PLI and SBI were recorded at the beginning of the treated and after 3 months and 6 months, respectively. T test and x2 test were performed in the statistical analysis. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of gingivitis and periodontal indexes( P ＞ 0.05 )between the two groups before clinical treatment,while P ＜ 0.05 was obtained after treatment. Conclusion The increasement in the periodontal indexes and the rate of gingivitis in the treatment group are statistically significantly lower those that in the control group,which mean that using scaling and 0.2％ hibitane can effectively reduce the rate of gingivitis.
