不明原因消化道出血的诊断和处理策略进展

摘要

由于病因复杂,不明原因消化道出血的诊断和治疗具有一定困难.近年来,随着新技术的出现,尤其胶囊内镜和双气囊小肠镜的应用,不明原因消化道出血的诊治水平得以提高.该文就不明原因消化道出血的病因、诊断方法以及治疗手段做出简要综述.%Because of its intricate pathogenesis, ohscure gastrointestinal bleeding( OGIB )was difficult to diagnose and treat. In recent yeas, the new technologies, particularly capsule endoscopy and double-balloon enteroscopy, have had a major impact on the way that patients with ohscure bleeding are managed. In this paper, the causes, diagnostic evaluation and treatruent of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding are reviewed.
