Aim To study the use of micro-invasive hemodynamic monitor in the EGDT on patients with severe sepsis or sepsis shock.Methods 52 patients with severe sepsis or sepsis shock hospitalized in ICU were enrolled. Each subject was tested by micro-invasive hemodynamic monitor at bedside. According to the hemodynamic parameters the treatment was directed,and the clinical settings was recorded. Results By the use of micro-invasive hemodynamic monitor,39 patients achieved the early goal of resuscitation in 6 hours,and non monitor-related complication occurred. Conclusion Non-invasive hemodynamic monitor played an important role in the EGDT on patients with severe sepsis or sepsis shock,which deserved to apply in clinic.%目的 探讨微创血流动力学监测技术在重症感染患者早期复苏目标导向治疗中(EGDT)的应用.方法 连续性选择52例入住重症监护病房(ICU)的重症感染及感染性休克患者,应用微创血流动力学监测技术进行床旁血流动力学监测,并根据监测指标指导患者液体复苏,记录患者相应的临床情况.结果 应用微创技术监测血流动力学指标后,52例患者中,有39例患者在6 h内达到早期复苏目标,均未产生与监测相关的并发症.结论 微创血流动力学监测技术在重症感染及感染性休克患者早期复苏目标导向治疗中发挥着重要的作用,值得在临床推广.
