4种自我管理测评工具在CRF健康教育中的应用

             

摘要

目的 探讨4种自我行为管理测评工具在慢性肾功能衰竭患者健康教育中应用的可行性以及有效性.方法 按诊断标准选取该院200例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者,随机分为4组,各组均给予相同方式的健康教育,并在其前后分别以多方面健康状况-健康功能指标量表(Ⅰ组)、慢性病自我管理研究测评量表(Ⅱ组)、Partners健康量表(Ⅲ组)、住院患者活动自评量表(Ⅳ组)4种自我管理测评工具对其健康教育的效果进行测评.结果 各组健康教育前后的测评结果 差异均具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组重测信度分别为0.75、0.71、0.82、0.88,(P<0.05);Cronbach's a系数分别为0.81、0.71、0.93、0.91,(P<0.05).经对比,Ⅲ组所使用Partners健康量表对CRF健康教育的效果进行测评时表现出更高的适用性和有效性.结论 使用Partners健康量表在应用于慢性肾功能衰竭患者健康教育中具有良好的信效度,能更大限度的保证其结果 的真实性、准确性、有效性和可靠性,值得临床推广.%Objective To study 4 kinds of self behavior management assessment tools in patients with chronic renal failure health education,the application feasibility and effectiveness. Methods According to the selection criteria for the diagnosis of 200 cases of chronic renal failure ( CRF) patients were randomly divided into four groups and each group was given the same health education. Health-health function index scale (group I) .chronic disease self management research assessment scale (group II) .Partners health scale (group III ) .hospitalized patients self-evaluation scale ( group IV ) 4 kinds of self management assessment tools were used respectively to evaluate health education effects. Results For each group before and after the health education evaluation results were statistically different ( P <0.05 ). Test-retest reliabilities of group I ,group n.group III,group IV were respectively 0.75,0.71,0.82,0.88, (P <0.05) ;Cronbach's a coefficients were 0.81,0.71,0.93,0.91(P<0. 05). By contrast,group III by using the Partners health scale of CRF health education effect evaluation showed higher applicability and effectiveness. Conclusion Applying Partners health scale to chronic renal failure patients with health education is reliable and valid,can guarantee the result the authenticity .accuracy, validity and reliability, of the result .which is worthy of promotion.
