自发性食管破裂10例诊治体会

摘要

Objective To summarize the treatment experience of spontaneous rupture of esophagus so as to improve the curing rate. Methods Retrospective analysis was made of the 10 cases of spontaneous rupture of esophagus treated by our department in the past ten years. Results In the group 4 cases were cured with the non - operational therapy, while 5 cases were cured with the operational therapy and 1 case gave up treatment. Conclusion Patients of spontaneous rupture of esophagus can be cured after right diagnosis, reasonable operation and careful management after operation. Therefore, the restriction of operaration should be widened.%目的 总结自发性食管破裂的诊治经验,提高诊治成功率.方法 回顾总结分析该科10年来收治的10例自发性食管破裂的临床资料.结果 10例患者中自发性食管破裂非手术治疗4例痊愈,手术治疗5例均痊愈,1例放弃治疗.结论 食管自发性破裂经早期正确的诊断、合理的手术治疗、术后仔细的管理是取得良好的治疗效果的关键,患者条件许可,应放宽手术指征.
