苍术对照药材标定方法研究

摘要

Objective To establish Rhizoma atractylodis calibration for the techonology platform of Traditional Chinese Medicines Reference Standards. Methods The 14 batches of samples were analysed by origin,description,identification,fingerprint,examination and determination to establish Rhizoma atractylodis calibration. Results Rhizoma atractylodis calibration was formed by updating HPLC fingerprint and improving current method;There were differences in the TLC and fingerprint between the two sources of Rhizoma atractylodis. Coclu-tion This method can be applied in Rhizoma atractylodis calibration,identification,quality evaluation and standards of herbs and pieces.%目的 建立苍术对照药材的标定方法,为构建中药标准物质研制的技术平台提供基础.方法 对14批苍术样品的基原、性状、鉴别、特征指纹图谱、检查和含量测定等进行分析研究.结果 对现行标准中薄层鉴别方法进行了改进和优化,增加了HPLC特征指纹图谱,形成较为完善的苍术对照药材标定技术规范;并比较了两种基原的苍术在薄层色谱、特征图谱等方面存在差异.结论 苍术对照药材的标定方法不仅为苍术对照药材的标定提供了依据,而且为苍术药材和饮片的鉴别、质量评价以及质量标准的制定提供新的依据.
