Vitapex糊剂充填根管对闭合不全根尖口的短期疗效

摘要

目的 研究使用Vitapex糊剂充填根尖周炎伴闭合不全根尖口根管的短期疗效.方法 选择闭合不全根尖口伴根尖周炎的患者45例为研究对象.将患者根据治疗方法 的不同随机分为两组,治疗组使用Vitapex糊剂充填根管,对照组使用氧化锌丁香油糊剂.经随访3个月,确认有硬组织屏障形成后,行牙胶尖充填,术后随访1年.结果 两组成功率有统计学差异,治疗组高于对照组.结论 Vitapex糊剂充填根管对闭合不全根尖口有确切疗效.%Objective To study the short-term effect of filling root cannal with Vitapex for chronic periapical periodontitis accompanying open apices, Methods 45 chronic periapical periodontitis accompanying open apices were randomly assigned into two groups;treatment group (Vitapex) and control group(zinc oxide eugenol) . The root cannals were then filled with gutta percha point when the apical barrier could be detected radiographically after following for 3 months. All patients were followed up for 12 months postoperatively. Results The overall success rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Vitapex is a good material in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis accompanying open apices.
