Twist-2在宫颈癌中的表达及意义

Objective To investigate the expression of in cervical cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The expression ofTwist-2 was detected by immunohistochemical (SP method)in 60 cases of cervical cancer,45 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue .Results The positive expression rates in cervical cancer,CIN and normal cervical tis-sues were 76.6%,15.6%,10.0% respectively.Expressions of twist-2 in cervical cancer and normal tissues were higher than CIN,thedifference was statistically significance (P <0.05).In cervical cancer group,there was no significant difference for Twist-2 expressionin different age patient group and lymph node metastasis (P >0.05),but among clinical stage,degree of differentiation and 5-year sur-vival associated (P <0.05).Conclusion Twist-2 expression in cervical abnormalities and tumor occurrence and development,is ex-pected to provide a theoretical basis for assessing the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer survival.%目的：探讨Twist-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组化SP法检测60例宫颈癌、45例宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）和20例正常宫颈组织中的Twist-2表达情况。结果 Twist-2在宫颈癌、CIN和正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别是76．6％，15．6％，10．0％，Twist-2在宫颈癌中的表达均高于CIN 及正常组织，差异有统计学意义（P"0．05）。Twist-2表达与宫颈癌患者年龄、淋巴转移无相关性（P！0．05），而与临床分期、分化程度及5年生存相关（P"0．05）。结论 Twist-2在宫颈癌的异常表达可能与肿瘤的发生、发展有关，有望为评估宫颈癌患者的生存预后提供一定理论依据。
