摘要

As a member of IRFs family ,IRF8 plays an important role in the oncogenesis and antitumor immunity .In the present review , we aim at summarizing our current knowledge of the roles of IRF 8 in the regulation of oncogenesis .%干扰素调节因子8作为干扰素调节因子家族成员，在肿瘤发生以及抗肿瘤免疫中发挥着重要的作用。该文对干扰素调节因子8在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
