胫骨近端骨折几种常见治疗方法疗效分析

摘要

Minimally invasive surgery has changed the previous condition of large trauma due to large incision in treatment of proximal tibial fractures,which has the advantages of smaller trauma,quicker recovery and aesthetic outcome.In recent years,as technology ad-vances,people have a new understanding of treatment of proximal tibial fractures but still disagree on the choice of therapy.This paper reviewed and summarized the indications,advantages and disadvantages of respective treatments of proximal tibial fractures and also the advantages of less invasive stabilization system (LISS).%微创手术改变了以往胫骨近端骨折大切口带来大创伤的传统观念，以微小切口的小创伤完成以往需极大切口的大创伤才能完成的手术，具有创伤小、恢复快和美观等优点。近年来，随着技术的进步，人们对胫骨近端骨折治疗理念有了新的认识，但对于治疗方案的选择方面仍有争议。现结合国内外文献就各类胫骨近端骨折治疗方法适应证、优缺点及微创内固定系统的优势作一综述。
