毛冬青苷对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响及其作用机制

         

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of ilexsaponin on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia model rats.Methods Hyperlipidemia model was established by douche of high fat emulsion continuously.In addition to the normal group and the model group,the rats in each group were administrated with defined preventive drugs.TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,apoAⅠ,apoB100,whole blood viscosity and Plasma viscosity and other indicators of hemorheology were determined 30d after the drug administration.Results In the high-dose group of il-exsaponin ,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,apoB100 were decreased significantly (P<0.01) and those of HDL-C and apoAⅠincreased (P<0.01) ,and blood viscosity (high-cut,low-cut),plasma viscosity,RBC pressure plot of hemorheology indicators could be effec-tively improved (P<0.01).These indicators could be improved significantly(P<0.05) in the dose group.In the low-dose group of il-exsaponin,the blood viscosity (high-cut,low-cut) could be effectively improved (P<0.05).Conclusion Ilexsaponin can effectively adjust lipid metabolic disorder in hyperlipemia rats.Regulation of apolipoprotein and hemorheology may be one of the mechanisms.%目的:考察毛冬青苷对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用高脂乳剂灌饲方式建立大鼠高脂血症模型,除正常组、模型组外各组预防给药30 d后,测定大鼠血清中总甘油三酯( TG)、总胆固醇( TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AⅠ( apoAⅠ)、载脂蛋白B100( apoB100)和全血黏度、血浆黏度等血液流变学指标。结果毛冬青苷高剂量组能降低高脂血症大鼠TG、TC、LDL-C、apoB100含量(P<0.01),升高HDL-C、apoAⅠ含量(P<0.01),能有效改善全血黏度(高切、低切),血浆黏度,红细胞(RBC)压积多项血液流变学指标(P<0.01)。中剂量组对以上指标改善作用明显(P<0.05)。低剂量组能改善全血黏度(高切、低切)(P<0.05)。结论毛冬青苷对实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂具有一定的调节作用,其降脂的作用机制可能是通过调节载脂蛋白和改善血液流变学来实现的。
