Toll 样受体4基因 Asp299Gly 多态性与脑膜炎球菌病易感性的 Meta 分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the association between TLR4 Asp299Gly polymorphism and meningococcal disease.Methods Pubmed,Embase,Cohrance,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database were searched to get related literature of clinical controlled trials.Meta-anal-ysis was conducted by RevMan 5.0.0 software.Results Four case-control studies with 1681 patients and 2026 healthy controls were included.Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between TLR4 Asp299Gly polymorphism and meningococcal disease (allele A vs G∶OR =1.01,95% CI =0.84 ~1.23,P =0.89;AA /AG vs GG∶OR =1.05,95% CI =0.55 ~2.02,P =0.87;AA vs AG/GG∶OR =1.01,95% CI =0.82 ~1.24,P =0.95).Conclusion No significant correlation between TLR4 Asp299Gly polymor-phism and meningococcal disease was found in the meta-analysis.%目的：探讨 Toll 样受体4（TLR4）基因 Asp299Gly 多态性与脑膜炎球菌病易感性的关系。方法检索 Pubmed，Cohrance， Embase，CNKI，维普，万方等数据平台从建库截止到2015年12月31日的文献，搜寻符合纳入和排除条件的随机对照研究， RevMan5．0．0软件进行 Meta 分析。结果共纳入4篇文献，样本总量3707例，其中研究组1681例，对照组2026例。Meta分析未见 TLR4基因 Asp299Gly 多态性与脑膜炎球菌病易感性相关（等位基因 A vs G∶OR ＝1．01，95％ CI ＝0．84～1．23，P ＝0．89；基因型 AA ／AG vs GG∶OR ＝1．05，95％ CI ＝0．55～2．02，P ＝0．87；基因型 AA vs AG／GG∶OR ＝1．01，95％ CI ＝0．82～1．24，P ＝0．95）。结论未见 TLR4基因 Asp299Gly 多态性与脑膜炎球菌病易感性相关。
