经皮旋转气管切开术与开放式气管切开术的临床应用评价

摘要

Objective By comparative study of percutaneous screw dilational tracheostomy(PT),and conventional open surgery trache-ostomy(ST)in critically ill patients in ICU,to explore the effect of surgical methods.Method The clinical datas of 28 patients under-went PT、and select 21 cases of ST,to observe and compare the operation time,incision size,blood loss,wound healing time,cather pul-ling rate and the complication rate.Results The operation time,incision size,blood loss,wound healing time and cather pulling rate in group PT were shorter than the ST group,the complication rate were surpass ST(P <0.05).Conclusion Through this study,we con-firmed that percutaneous dilational tracheostomy is superior than conventional open tracheostomy,It was more convenience patients in ICU.%目的：通过经皮旋转气管切开术（PT）、与开放性气管切开术（ST）在重症监护室（ICU）患者中应用的对比研究，探讨它们之间的不同临床效果。方法对照组21例实施 ST，观察组28例实施 PT，统计二组的手术时间、切口大小、出血量、愈合时间、导管脱出率及相关并发症等指标。结果在手术时间、切口大小、出血量、愈合时间、导管滑脱率及相关并发症发生率方面 PT 组均明显优于 ST 组。结论经皮旋转气管切开术效果优于开放性气管切开术，是 ICU 危重患者首选的气管切开方法。
