2型糖尿病病人微量元素铁水平与糖尿病肾病相关性分析

摘要

目的 探讨微量元素铁水平对糖尿病肾病(DN)的影响.方法 选取2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人61例,分为T2DM正常对照组30例,DN Ⅲ期21例,DN Ⅳ期10例.原子吸收分光光度计检测微量元素铁水平.结果 3组中,随着DN分期的进展,病人血清铁水平逐渐增高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关分析显示,肾小球滤过率(GFR)与血清铁成线性负相关(P<0.05),多元线性回归显示,血清铁是影响GFR独立危险因素.结论 血清铁水平是影响DN病人的独立因素,可作为DN的早期监测指标.%Objective To study the association of iron with diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 61 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were recruited.These individuals were assignedinto three groups,namely,30 diabetic patients without DN,21 patients of clinical definite stage Ⅲ DN and 10 patients of clinical definite stage Ⅳ DN.Serum iron wasmeasured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results Serum iron showed significant differences in these three groups (P<0.05),which increased gradually with the progress of DN staging.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum iron levels were negatively correlated with GFR (P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the serum iron level was an independent risk factor for GFR.Conclusions Serum iron is an independent risk factor for diabetic nephropathy.Checking serum iron is helpful for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
