阴道旁修补联合桥式修补治疗前盆腔器官脱垂的临床观察

摘要

目的 评价阴道旁修补联合桥式修补治疗前盆腔器官脱垂的安全性及疗效.方法 30例前盆腔器官脱垂患者行阴道旁修补联合桥式修补术,观察其安全性及疗效,并与42例前盆腔脱垂患者经传统阴道前壁修补术的回顾性资料比较.结果 前盆腔器官脱垂患者行阴道旁修补联合桥式修补术安全,术后恢复快,疗效好,复发率低(P<0.05).结论 前盆腔器官脱垂行阴道旁修补联合桥式修补术,安全可行,疗效显著.%Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of vaginal paravaginal repair (VPVR) plus vaginal bridge repair in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Methods 30 patients with pelvic organ prolapse underwent VPVR or plus vaginal bridge repair for posterior vaginal wall. The effectiveness and safety was estimated and was compared with 42 patients with pelvic organ prolapse underwent vaginal paravaginal repair. Results Vaginal paravaginal repair(VPVR) plus vaginal bridge repair is safe ,effective and of low recurrence rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion It is an effective and safe procedure for VPVR plus vaginal bridge repair in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse.
