超声心动图顺序节段分析思路在胎儿心脏结构异常中的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To explore the application value of the echocardiography analysis method that examines the fetal heart with fractional examination in order. Methods Using order fractional analysis methods of guiding 253 cases of high-risk fetal echocardiography checks on fetal heart abnormal structure system, the exact diagnosis. Results 253 cases of high-risk fetus sequence analysis methods section checks out of various heart structured exception 121 patients. By inducing labor and newborn 117 cases echocardiography confirmed, 4 cases were lost to follow-up. Full conformity with prenatal diagnosis was found in 108 cases, Partial match in 7 cases, missed diagnosis in 2 cases. 4 cases of partial match cases missed diagnosis atrial septal defect (ASD), 3 cases missed diagnosis ventricular septal defect (VSD). Conclusion Order fractional analysis methods for the diagnosis of fetal heart system, exact abnormal structure are of great value.%目的 探讨超声心动图诊断胎儿心脏结构异常中顺序节段分析思路的应用价值.方法 利用顺序节段分析思路指导253例高危胎儿的超声心动检查,对胎儿心脏结构异常系统、确切诊断.结果 253例高危胎儿中顺序节段分析思路检查出各种心脏结构异常121例.117例经引产和新生儿超声心动图证实,失访4例,与产前诊断完全相符108例,部分相符7例,误诊2例.部分符合者4例漏诊房间隔缺损,3例漏诊室间隔缺损.结论 顺序节段分析思路对于系统、确切诊断胎儿心脏结构异常有重要价值.
