糖尿病对急性缺血性脑卒中早期预后的前瞻性研究

摘要

Objective To study on the prophase prognosis of acute ischemic stroke(AIS) complicated by diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A prospective study was conducted in AIS. Patients were divided into two groups, one with DM , and the other is non - DM (NDM) group. The NIHSS, BI, MRSin AIS were compared between the two groups at the 0,2,4 and 12 weeks after the AIS respectively. Results The differences in NIHSS between the two groups had statistical significance at the 4 and 12 weeks respectively( P ＜ 0.05 ). The differences in BI and mRS had statistical significance at the 12 weeks respectively(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The early prognosis is significantly worse in AIS with DM than in AIS without DM.%目的 探讨糖尿病对脑梗死早期预后的影响.方法 采取前瞻性研究,以神经功能缺损状况(NIHSS)、日常生活能力状况(BI)、总的生活能力状态(mRS)为观测指标,以非糖尿病缺血性脑卒中为对照,比较糖尿病组(DM)和非糖尿病组(NDM)各指标在脑梗死的0、2、4、12周变化.结果 DM组脑卒中后、4周、12周的NIHSS与NDM组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而两组BI、mRS差异在12周时差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 糖尿病患者发生脑卒中后早期预后差.
