安徽省乡镇卫生院卫生服务人员工作满意度测量

         

摘要

目的 测量乡镇卫生院卫生服务人员工作满意度水平,分析满意度水平与人口学特征的关系.方法 在安徽省8个县随机抽取40所乡镇卫生院为调查现场,现场调查运用JSS量表,匿名自行填写,调查卫生院所有在岗卫生服务人员.结果 工作满意度总体得分为111.7±23.318,相当于"没有满意或不满意";同事关系14.8±3.059、领导13.9±3.827、工作性质13.8±4.111及沟通13.5±4.176满意度较高;晋升10.0±3.754、福利10.1±4.346及薪酬10.4±3.757满意度较低;不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职称、岗位、工作时间的卫生服务人员工作总满意度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同月收入水平工作总满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 改善福利及薪酬水平,建立可预期的职业晋升环境是促进乡镇卫生院卫生服务人员工作满意度的可行选择.%Objective To measure job satisfaction of medical workers of township health center ( THC ) and explore the relationship between the level of job satisfaction and demographic characteristics. Methods 40 township hospitals were randomly selected for the investigation of the scene from 8 counties in Anhui province. Using the JSS scales under an anonymously self - filled method on on - site investigation day, all the post health service staff in hospitals ( including community physicians, community nurses, public health personnel, medical technicians) were investigated. Results The total score of job satisfaction was 111.7 ±23.318, equivalent to" no satisfaction or dissatisfied" ; the score in relationship between colleagues 14. 8 ±3. 059, leadship 13. 9 ±3. 827,nature of work 13. 8 ±4. 111 and communication 13. 5 ±4. 176 was higher; the score in promotion 10.0 ±3.754, welfare 10. 1 ±4.346 and salary 10.4 ±3.757 was lower; job satisfaction of medical workers of different gender, age, educational level, title, jobs, working hours did not have statistically significant difference( P>0.05 ). Job satisfaction of different levels of monthly income had statistically significant difference( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Improving the welfare and salary levels and establishing a predictable environment for career advancement are a viable option to promote job satisfaction of medical workers of township health center ( THC ).
