目的 调查分析石景山区口腔医疗资源的配置现状,探讨资源配置的特点以及存在的问题,提出优化资源配置的建议.方法 设计石景山区口腔医疗资源调查表,对区内所有专业口腔机构及设有口腔专业的医疗机构进行全面调查,进行数据录入、统计和分析.结果 石景山区现设有口腔科的医疗卫生机构为48 个,口腔医疗卫生工作人员230 人,口腔医师总人数144.口腔从业医师中高级职称比率达到59%,大学本科以上学历占到42%.保留现有口腔诊疗椅175 台,现有口腔病床7 张,口腔医疗卫生建设已初具规模.结论 石景山实现了区内有重点医院、卫生服务站、综合门诊及专科诊所的系统网络构架.但仍存在一定问题:口腔医疗人才分布不均;医护配比不到位;专科医疗人才相对缺乏;高级医疗技术人员分布不合理,业务开展不平衡;口腔从业人员数量不足等.%Objective Through the investigation and analysis, to understand the city's oral care resource allocation situation and to discuss the characteristics of the allocation of resources, as well as the problems, and to put forward the thought of optimizing the allocation of resources. Methods The city oral medical resources survey was designed, a comprehensive survey was conducted in all professional oral institutions and equipped with oral professional medical institutions. Data entry, statistics and analysis were performed. Results In Shijingshan there were 48 medical and health institutions which had the department of stomatology, and the oral health staff included 230 people. The total number of oral doctors was 144. The ratio of oral doctors with senior title reached 59%, and that with university degree or above accounted for 42%. There were 175 sets of oral medical chairs and 7 sickbeds in existence. Oral health construction began to take shape. Conclusion Shi— jingshan district has achieved its aim of having key hospitals, health station, comprehensive outpatient service and specialist clinics system network. However, there are still some problems, such as the uneven distribution of oral medical talents, distance to the designated medical ratio, a relative lack of specialized medical personnel, unreasonable senior medical technical personnel distribution, imbalanced business development , and a shortage of oral employees.
