哮喘患儿25-羟维生素D3与部分Th1/Th2因子相关性探讨

摘要

Objective To establish the levels of 25 - hydroxyvitamin D3 and partial Th1 /Th2 eytokine, to detect the relationship of them, and to explore the effect of 25 — hydroxyvitamin D3 in the asthma immunomodulation. Methods Totally 60 children with asthma aged 6 months to 5 years old were selected as the study group; meanwhile 58 healthy children were selected as the control group. Serum levels of 25 -hydroxyvitamin D3 and IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IL-12 were detected. Results The levels of 25 - hydroxyvitamin D3 and IL-2, IL -12 in asthmatic children were less than those in the healthy children, the levels of IL — 4, IL — 8 in asthmatic children were higher than those in the healthy children, and serum level of 25 — hydroxyvitamin D3 in asthmatic children was related to IL — 2, IL — 4, IL — 8, IL — 12.Conclusion 25 — hydroxyvitamin D3 is related to the asthma immunomodulatory role.%目的 探讨25-羟维生素D3(25-OH-D3)在哮喘免疫调节中的作用.方法 选取60例6 个月至 5岁哮喘患儿为观察组,选取同期儿童保健门诊健康体检儿60例为对照组.采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定血清25-OH-D3浓度,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-12(IL-12)浓度.观察哮喘儿童血清中25-OH-D3与部分Th1/Th2因子的变化及相关性.结果 血清25-OH-D3、IL-2、L-12哮喘儿童明显低于健康儿童,IL-4、IL-12哮喘儿童明显高于健康儿童,哮喘患儿血清25-OH-D3与IL-2、IL-4、IL-8和IL-12均显著相关.结论 25-OH-D3参与哮喘患儿的免疫调节机制.
