改良微创手术治疗大隐静脉曲张并发溃疡

摘要

目的：观察改良微创手术治疗大隐静脉曲张并发静脉性溃疡的疗效。方法对31例大隐静脉曲张并发静脉性溃疡患者，采用逆行剥脱大隐静脉主干，选择性切断大隐静脉分支，取小切口结扎溃疡周围交通支。结果术后随访31例，随访率100％，平均随访时间5．4年，曲张静脉未见复发，溃疡结痂、愈合，疗效满意。结论改良微创小切口手术治疗大隐静脉曲张，有效地解决了曲张静脉及其并发症，术后恢复快，复发率低，适合于静脉曲张并发静脉性溃疡的治疗，能有效防止其反复发作。%Objective To study the application effects of improved minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of great saphenous varicose with venous ulcer .Methods Thirty-one patients of great saphenous varicose with venous ulcer in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2013 were recruited in the study .All the patients underwent high ligation and stripping reversely ,branches of great saphenous vari-cose were cut selectively ,and branches around venous ulcer were also ligatured through small incision .Results All the patients were followed up for 3 to 110 months with a mean of 64.8 months.No patient had recurrence .Conclusion Improved minimally invasive surgery is safe and effective in treating great saphenous varicose with venous ulcer with fewer side effects .and this method can be used in basic level hospitals .
