循环压力泵预防髋部周围手术深静脉血栓形成合理使用时间的应用研究

摘要

Objective To explore the reasonable using time of circulating pressure pump in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)in surgery around hip.Methods A total of 150 cases of elderly patients who underwent around hip surgery were recruited in the study.Based on the different frequency and time of circulating pumps,the patients were divided into five groups,and the coagulation function as well as the incidence of venous thrombosis one week after surgery of the five groups of patients was compared.Results Difference in sim-ple fibrinogen changes between group 1 and 2 was significant,that between group 3 and 5 was not significant,and that between group 1 and 4 was not significant.Conclusion Using circulation pressure pump 2 times daily and 40 minutes for each time can significantly reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis,and decrease patient expenses to the greatest degree,and thus reduce the workload of nurses,which is worth promo-ting in clinic.%目的：探讨循环压力泵预防髋部周围手术深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的合理使用时间。方法选取150例髋部周围手术的老年患者为研究对象。依据患者使用循环压力泵的频次和时间不同随机分为五组，比较五组患者术后1周凝血功能及下肢静脉血栓的发生率。结果组1和组2间纤维蛋白原的变化差异有统计学意义（t＝2．52，P＜0．01）；组3和组5间纤维蛋白原变化差异无统计学意义（t＝0．93，P＞0．05）；组1和组4间纤维蛋白原的变化差异无统计学意义（t＝0．02，双侧P为0．98＞0．05）。结论每日使用循环压力泵2次，每次40 min能够显著降低深静脉血栓的发生风险，而且最大程度的降低患者支出费用，减少护理人员工作量，值得临床大力推广。
