老老年高血压患者血压变异性与骨质疏松的相关性研究

摘要

目的：观察老老年高血压患者血压变异性对骨质疏松的影响。方法对152例老老年原发性高血压患者进行24 h动态血压监测及双能X线骨密度测定，观察分析患者血压变异性与骨密度的关系。结果纳入的老老年高血压患者骨质疏松发病率为56％，血压变异性的高低与骨密度的高低呈负相关（r＝-0．832，P＝0．001）。结论老老年高血压患者骨质疏松发病率较高，且血压变异性越高，骨密度越低，骨质疏松越明显。%Objective To observe the very elderly hypertensive patients blood pressure variability on the impact of osteoporosis. Methods 152 cases of very elderly hypertensive patients with 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,and dual-energy X-ray absorp-tiometry,blood pressure variability was observed compared with patients with bone mineral density.Results The Old incidence of osteoporo-sis in elderly hypertensive patients was 56%,the level of blood pressure variability and bone mineral density was negatively correlated with the level (r=-0.832,P=0.001).Conclusions The Old elderly hypertensive patients have a higher prevalence of osteoporosis and blood pressure variability is higher,lower bone density,osteoporosis more obvious.
