流动复合树脂无创治疗垂直型食物嵌塞的效果研究

摘要

目的：应用钢丝环扎辅助流动复合树脂治疗垂直型食物嵌塞，观察临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的37例垂直型食物嵌塞食物患者，利用钢丝环扎辅助流动树脂粘接修复技术治疗上述患者。随访治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月及1年的临床疗效。结果37例食物嵌塞患者应用此法治疗，1个月、3个月、6个月及1年后随访，治愈率分别为97.96％、97.96％、93.88％和85.71％。结论钢丝环扎辅助流动复合树脂恢复触点是一种相对有效治疗垂直型食物嵌塞的方法。%Objective To report a noninvasive therapeutic method of flowable composite resin restoration with the aid of wire cer -clage under tension band for vertical food impaction and the clinical efficacy of the method .Methods The cases of vertical food impaction which met the inclusive criteria were selected .And a noninvasive therapeutic method of flowable composite resin restoration with the aid of wire cerclage under tension band was used to treat the above cases .Patients were reviewed after one month ,three months,six months and one year.Results The clinical cure rates of the thirty-seven patients after one month,three months,six months and one year were 97.96%, 97.96%,93.88%,85.71%,respectively.Conclusion Flowable composite resin restoration of vertical food impaction with the aid of wire cerclage under tension band is a relatively effective method .
