产后康复治疗仪在无痛分娩产妇排尿中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of early application of postpartum rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus on epidural mater -nal urination.Methods A total of 195 single fetal and health maternal in our maternity were randomly divided into two groups ,with 97 cases in the experiment group and 98 cases in the control group .Two groups of maternal were implemented conventional nursing to prevent urinary retention.On the basis,experiment group urination for once was driven by postpartum rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus two hours after deliv -ery.Then we observed postpartum maternal urination for the first time and the situation of urinary retention of two groups .Results Postpartum urine retention rate of experiment group was 2.06%,which was significant lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Compared with control group,the case of postpartum urine in the first time of observation group was in advance ( P<0.05).Conclusion The early interven-tion on postpartum epidural maternal using rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus can effectively shorten the time of postpartum urine and reduce the occurrence of urinary retention .%目的：探讨产后康复治疗仪在无痛分娩产妇排尿中的应用。方法选取无痛分娩的健康单胎产妇195例，随机分为观察组（97例）和对照组（98例）。两组产妇均实施预防尿潴留的常规护理，观察组在此基础上，产后2 h产妇回母婴同室后，即使用产后康复治疗仪促排尿1次。观察两组产妇产后初次排尿时间和尿潴留的发生情况。结果观察组产妇产后尿潴留发生率为2.06％，明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。两组产妇产后不同时间排尿例数比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论产后早期应用康复治疗仪，对无痛分娩产妇实施产后干预，可有效缩短产后排尿时间和减少尿潴留的发生。
