宫颈癌病理组织中叶酸受体-α与Ki-67核蛋白的表达水平及相关性研究

Objective Discussion FR-αand Ki-67 protein expression level in cervical cancer ,and further analysis of the correla-tion.Methods 76 cases of cervical cancer by pathological stage I cervical cancer is divided into stage (24 cases),Ⅱstage(33 cases),stageⅢ(19 cases),and choose the same period a total of 33 cases of normal tissue into the normal group ,the comparison between groups and folate receptor Ki-67 protein expression level differences between correlation and analysis and accuracy testing .Results Cervical cancer FR-αex-pression scores(9.15 ±1.01)and Ki-67 expression scores(7.39 ±0.34)were higher than normal group,the difference is statistically signifi-cance(P<0.05);at the same time,FR-α,Ki-67 expression levels and cancer staging has some correlation ,correlation coefficients were 0.58, 0.59,and has a certain correlation between FR-αand Ki-67,the correlation coefficient 0.52,in addition,the area under the curve 0.90 Ki-67 slightly higher than FR-αarea under the curve 0.86.Conclusion FR-α,and Ki-67 expression level rise will accelerate the development of cervical cancer ,have the correlation between and pairwise disjoint .%目的：研究叶酸受体-α（ FR-α）与Ki-67核蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达。方法76例宫颈癌患者按FIGO分期分组，宫颈癌Ⅰ期（24例）、Ⅱ期（33例）、Ⅲ期（19例），并选同期正常组织（33例）作为正常组，比较各组FR-α、Ki-67核蛋白表达水平差异，并对两者进行相关性分析及准确度检验。结果宫颈癌组FR-α表达得分为（9.15±1.01）分，Ki-67表达得分为（7.39±0.34）分，均高于正常组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 FR-α、Ki-67的表达均与宫颈癌发生具有一定相关性，相关系数分别为0.58、0.59，且FR-α与Ki-67表达量具有一定相关性，相关系数0.52。 Ki-67曲线下面积（0.90）略高于FR-α曲线下面积（0.86）。结论 FR-α、Ki-67表达量升高会加速宫颈癌的发展，且两者之间具有相关性。
